- Achieved American Association of Tissue Banks (AATB) accreditation within the first year of hire, then oversaw the full Quality Management System of a growing Canadian tissue bank for eight years.

Selected projects
St. Joseph's Care Group × RegenMed pilot — Project Manager (2023– )
A joint hospital–industry project bringing an innovative wound care product to up to seven regional wound clinics, aimed at reducing healing times for Diabetic Foot Ulcer patients in Northwestern Ontario. Secured Ontario Health funding, recruited a multi-disciplinary team including a health economist and epidemiologist, and built the data collection and legal framework.
Launched with clinician training at the first site; ongoing.
Key client business growth project — Project Manager (2021)
Restructured processes, shipping, and screening criteria to raise the share of product eligible for sale to a US partner from 63% to 80%, while cutting information request turnaround from days to hours.
Significant revenue growth for the company.
Regulatory accreditation for a novel health product — Project Manager (2019)
Built the quality, validation, and monitoring programs for a new on-site skin manufacturing facility; extended AATB accreditation, registered the product with Health Canada, and completed the organization's first FDA registration.
Cleared all requirements for distribution in Canada and the USA.
AATB accreditation project — Project Manager (2014–2015)
Led a company-wide, one-year mobilization — gap analysis, SOP overhaul, scheduled internal audits, and a consultant mock audit — culminating in a successful accreditation inspection with only minor observations.
